Remediation
Many companies relocate in order to combing 2 or 3 operations into one. Once the move is complete you are left with 2 or 3 buildings that will require some form of Remediation. You are normally required to put the building back into the condition it was when you leased it, except for normal wear and tear. Depending on you business acticity this may be very minor. However, if you had any kind of fabrication, painting or other actiities this could be a substantive problem. We have the Contractors and staff to perform all this work and to reduce the cost as much as possible.
